Chef Gilles's Italian Cheese Cake

Ingredients:
3 pounds ricotta cheese
9 Large Eggs at room temperature
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
Grated peel and juice from one orange
1 Content of Lemon flavored Barrington Tea bag chopped very fine
 

Directions:
1) Preheat the oven to 350 *
2) Butter and sifted flour a 10 square springform, and place it on a baking sheet.
5) Turn oven off and leave cake inside the oven for 30 min.
6) Let cake cool off and top it with confectioners’ sugar.

For an added extra decadence decorate with your favorite seasonal fruit.

 

Now the cake is ready to serve and enjoy!
